Law on the Protection of Personal Data

Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data accepted on 24.03.2016 entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 07.04.2016. Natural and legal persons operating in Turkey are given a period of 2 (two) years to complete the harmonization process with the law.

Followed by our office this process ensures that our clients are protected from possible administrative sanctions by successfully completing the integration process.
